We have a fantastic team of coaches who are highly qualified with many combined years of experience. Our coaches cover a variety of specialised skills that will help you succeed in achieving your goals no matter what that may be .
Group training sessions are a great way of staying motivated, reaching your targets & meeting new people in a small group of people all of whom have similar fitness goals to you. Programmes typically last 6 weeks.

Six months ago, I was approached by the good people @the_sanctuary_gym with an offer. That offer was to work as part of a small team, towards a common goal. A six month intensive training course. At the end of which, I would be a “new man”
Provided, I put in the work.
Being (at the time) a 346lbs man with terrible knees and a history of not sticking things out. You can probably imagine my trepidation? I was honoured to be included. But what if I let everyone down? What if I embarrassed myself? I was quickly reassured and told “I’ll get out of it. What I put in.” So I put in the work.
6 months later, 66lbs/30kg lighter and 300 days sober I truly feel like a new man. The routine laid out by @connor_kelly_pt has changed and improved almost every aspect of my life. From my stamina to my strength. Knee Rehabilitation. Self confidence, determination, accountability, perseverance. The way I eat, sleep, breathe. You name it. It’s all gotten exponentially better under his tutelage and I don’t think I possess the sufficient vocabulary to express how grateful I am to both he and everyone else at Sanctuary Gym for this life changing opportunity. For years I tried to find myself at the bottom of bottles and bags. But I feel like I finally found myself at Sanctuary. I’ve already set myself some new goals and I’m already pushing myself towards them.
